A Wim Hof Method workshop is a great way to team-build, enhance resilience and to get our of your comfort zone in a supportive and collaborative environment. No prior experience needed. Just an open mind and a desire to learn more! 

A Fundamentals workshop introduces participants to the three pillars of the Method - and everyone will have the opportunity to experience the same breathing exercise shown on the BBC series 'Freeze the Fear', gain insight on the importance of mindset and try an ice-bath (optional!)

Knowing who you are at your best and what contributes to this is key to high performance at work. ‘Peak Performers’ is an impactful one-day workshop where we delve deeper into the psychology of high performance. Having worked in elite sport for the past 10 years, in this workshop, Sarah uses the same principles and methodology that are used working with the top performing teams across a variety of sports. 

The morning session is classroom based looking at topics including:

  • What makes a high performing team?
  • Who am ‘I’ and who are ‘we’ at our best?
  • The core components of high performance within our team

Thrive360 12 Week Group Programme



Thrive360 is a 12-week programme designed to help ambitious teams thrive in the workplace.

In over a decade of working in elite sport and with successful entrepreneurs, Sarah realised there are three fundamental elements required for an individual to thrive – both in and outside of work.. After all, happy people make great workers. She believes in these three elements so strongly that they make up the pillars of this programme -
Focus on You, Focus on Work, Focus on Performance.

The programme kicks off with a full-day workshop - the morning is spent delving into the psychology of balance, productivity, stress management and resilience, with the second half of the day spent in a Wim Hof Method workshop – learning the practical tools for your mental toolkit to help you manage stress and build resilience.

As you know, the most significant change occurs over time, so this programme is over 12-weeks to allow your team to learn new skills and create healthy habits with the support of the programme.

Your team will then attend five fortnightly online coaching sessions (delivered via Zoom) on topics including energy management, confidence, resilience, mindset and productivity before returning for another one-day workshop at the end of 12-weeks. In this workshop, your team will work together to uncover what makes them a high performing team.
