I’m so glad you’re here!

On the brink of burnout in 2019, I had no choice but to take a long hard look at my life. Despite my life looking ‘successful’ from the outside, on the inside it didn’t feel ‘successful’ with the constant juggle of three (yes, three!) separate businesses, always busy, and utterly drained. I know firsthand how burnout feels.
Since then, I’ve reshaped my life around wellbeing, meaningful work, and adventure. I’ve lived and worked from a campervan across Europe, trained as a Sports Massage Therapist and Wim Hof Method Instructor and now run my own business as a Mentor and Career-Change coach. Alongside that, I design and host adventure – wellbeing retreats in wilderness environments and work with British Equestrian, supporting elite athletes in career and life beyond sport.
In my free time, you’ll find me sea swimming, trail running (usually with a spaniel or two), or playing fiddle in an Irish folk group in Brighton.
