With a powerful blend of skills and experience, Sarah delivers powerful performance psychology workshops to school groups - on topics such as goal setting, energy management, confidence, managing stress and performing under pressure. Her work is impactful and engaging, ensuring your students can flourish.

Sarah’s presentation style is interactive and deeply engaging. She quickly builds strong connections with her audience, helping them uncover powerful personal insights through specialised performance coaching and thought-provoking questions.

Energetic and passionate, Sarah challenges participants to step outside their comfort zones while fostering a culture of support and collaboration. Her goal is for students to leave her workshops equipped with practical tools they can immediately implement to enhance their well-being and performance.

Sarah offers performance psychology workshops for schools, sports clubs, and the corporate sector.

Sarah delivered a very timely workshop to Mayfield girls on how to conserve and maintain energy looking at key contributors to energy levels. By far the biggest issue identified amongst the cohort was getting enough good quality sleep and feeling tired, leading to girls feeling demotivated at times and that they lacked control of their lives. It was fantastic to get feedback from lots of girls a week later reporting that they had already taken action committing to a specific area of change in their habits and routines. Most had tried improving their sleep routines and reported feeling more energised, more motivated, more productive, and having a better mindset along with more time for relaxation. Some also commented on having more time to read, better concentration in lessons, and one said she was getting fewer headaches.  I would thoroughly recommend Sarah's workshops - we are already planning some follow up ones for next year.
