My coaching is designed to help you prepare better, perform better and achieve more in your chosen sport. 

Over the past 10 years as a performance psychologist, I've worked with hundreds of elite and amateur athletes.  Through my coaching I help individuals learn more about the mental side of sport and how they can use their their mindset to feel calm, confident and in control – in both training and competition.  As a keen swimmer, runner and triathlete, I understand how hard it can be to train and compete so in my coaching I combine my passion for psychology with my own experience in national level sport to give my coaching an edge.

The 12 - week Fundamentals programme will equip amateur and professional athletes alike with the key mindset skills required for peak performance in sport. We'll work through the following topics:
 
 - Goal Setting
 - Clarity
 - Energy
 - Mindset
 - Confidence
 - Resilience

By the end of the programme you will have a toolkit of the essential mental tools you need to excel in your chosen sport. 

I work with any athlete 14 years old  and upwards across a number of sports. I've previously worked with swimmers, event riders, dressage riders, showjumpers, triathletes, netball players, cricketers, ultra-runners and badminton players.

- Eight one-to-one coaching sessions over twelve weeks – to fully support you and your goals. 

 - Worksheets to accompany each session - so you can continue to progress between our coaching sessions and have the time and space to grow and develop. 

 - Unlimited support via email and Whatsapp so you feel supported and motivated throughout the programme. You can share your wins, get support with your challenges and I'll answer your questions.
